贵州黄帝车辆净化器有限公司。是杭州一宸车辆净化器有限公司与德商，在贵州凯里开发区共同投资组建的专业生产壁流式蜂窝柴油微粒捕集器的生产基地。
公司占地面积100亩，拥有现代化的工业园区。总投资额达到1.12亿元人民币。是一家具有自主知识产权（专利申请号分别为200610106776.7、200610106781.8、200610106777.1、200610106784.1）研发、生产、销售于一体，实行***新生产管理模式的高科技企业。在董事长黄黎敏博士的亲自带领下，汇集国内外５０多位科研人员，经多年、多层次的系统试验，成功研制出了具有自主知识产权的用于柴油汽车尾气排放处理的纯碳化硅蜂窝陶瓷壁流式微粒过滤器，此产品在天津索克汽车试验有限公司（按VERT规范进行的测试）试验表明，杭州一宸车辆净化器有限公司的DPF样品展示了较好的基本特性，PM的质量捕获效率（PMAG）的平均值达到96.50％,公司在柴油机排气后处理试验能力具备国际先进水平,产品性能可达到欧Ⅳ、V标准。目前公司产能已发展到年产180万升，***终达到540万升规模。
Jointly founded at ’s Kaili Development Zone by investments from Hangzhou Yichen Vehicle Decontamination Machine Co. Ltd. and a German investor, Guizhou Huangdi Vehicle Filters Co. Ltd. is a production base specialized in wall-flow diesel particulate filters.
Occupying a land area of and with a total investment of RMB 112 million, the company owns a modernized industrial zone. As a high –tech enterprise with numerous proprietary intellectual properties in integrated R&D, manufacturing and sales（its patent application numbers are 200610106776.7, 200610106781.8, 200610106777.1 and 200610106784.1 respectively）, Guizhou Huangdi Vehicle Filters Co. Ltd. adopts the latest management approaches. Headed by the board chairman Huang Limin and helped by over 50 scientific researchers from both home and abroad, the company succeeded in developing a new proprietary product called purely carbonized silicon particulate filter of cellular ceramic wall-flow type after many years of multi-level systematic tests, which will be used for treatment of vehicle exhaust emissions. Tests done at Tianjin SwARC Automobile Research Co. Ltd. (in accordance with VERT specifications）show the company’s DPF sample demonstrated relatively sound basic properties, with the average PMAG value reaching 96.50％. Hitting the advanced international level in testing capacity for post-treatment of diesel engine exhaust emission, products from Guizhou Huangdi Vehicle Filters Co. Ltd. can meet European IV and V standards in product properties. At present, through sound development, the company has enjoyed a production output of 1.8 million liters in scale, which will be promoted to 5.4 million liters eventually.
